Cookie Notice

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember you across pages and sessions, keep you signed in, and measure how the site is used. This notice also covers similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs) that we treat the same way as cookies for consent purposes.

2. How we use cookies

We keep the cookie footprint narrow. The Ladumapay interface uses:

a) Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the interface to work — sign-in, session, authentication, security (CSRF), load balancing, cookie-consent state itself. These are always active; you cannot switch them off. Without them the interface cannot function.

b) Preference cookies. Remember non-essential choices you make (language, layout). Loaded only if you consent.

c) Analytics cookies. Aggregate, non-identifying product analytics used to understand which features are used and to find bugs. Loaded only if you consent. IP addresses are truncated where the analytics provider supports it.

We do not use:

• advertising or ad-targeting cookies;
• third-party marketing pixels;
• cross-site tracking;
• data-broker enrichment.

3. Third-party cookies

Cookies set by a domain other than ladumapay.com are third-party cookies. If you use a third-party service reached through the interface — for example the Entry card programme — that provider may set its own cookies on its own domain, governed by its own cookie notice. We do not control those cookies.

4. Your choices

• Cookie banner. The first time you visit the interface, you see a cookie banner. You can accept all, reject non-essential, or open settings to choose per-category.
• Change your mind later. Open cookie settings from the footer at any time to withdraw or change consent. The change takes effect immediately.
• Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break sign-in and other core functionality.
• Do Not Track. We respect the "Global Privacy Control" signal where it is sent by your browser and treat it as a withdrawal of consent for non-essential cookies.

5. Retention

Cookies expire either at the end of your session (session cookies) or after a set period we consider proportionate for the purpose:

• Strictly-necessary cookies: session or up to 12 months.
• Preference cookies: up to 12 months.
• Analytics cookies: up to 13 months, per common industry guidance.

6. Updates

The specific cookies in use can change as we add or remove features. The current list is published in this notice and in the cookie-settings panel. Material changes are highlighted at the top of this page for at least 14 days.
