A passkey crypto wallet

Ladumapay gives you a self-custodial wallet that is unlocked with a passkey — the same fingerprint, face or screen-lock you already use on your phone. No password, and no 12-word seed phrase to write down.

What is a passkey?

A passkey is a sign-in key that lives in your phone's secure hardware or your password manager. You approve with your fingerprint, face or device PIN. The secret part never leaves your device, so there is nothing to type, guess or phish.

How it works in Ladumapay

  • You start with your phone number and save a passkey on your device.
  • Your wallet is created right after, with that passkey as its only owner.
  • There is no seed phrase to see, store or confirm at sign-up.
  • Every payment is approved by you with your passkey. The app never signs for you.

Why it's safer than a password or seed phrase

  • No password to leak, reuse or have stolen in a data breach.
  • No paper seed phrase that someone can photograph or find.
  • Fake websites can't use your passkey — it only works on the real Ladumapay site.
  • Ladumapay doesn't hold your funds or your keys.
